Ed has been in full-time pastoral ministry since graduating from the Lutheran Brethren Seminary in 2008. He has served churches in MN, FL, and ND. Ed is passionate about the gospel and communicating God's amazing grace to our broken world. Ed and his wife Tanya have been married since 1995 and they have four children.

Jay is a 1989 graduate of the University of North Dakota. He worked as a CPA in public accounting for 12 years in Minnesota and North Dakota before accepting God’s calling to serve as Business Administrator at Our Redeemer’s in September of 2001. Jay uses his gifts by providing administrative and financial leadership and facility management to help the church fulfill its mission. He enjoys motorcycling and spending time with his family. Jay and Karen have been married since 1994 and have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.

Mandi has been part of the Minot and Our Redeemer's community since 2007. She joined the staff in 2018 after spending several years volunteering in Children's Ministry - a season that grew out of her desire to walk alongside her son in his faith. Through those hands-on moments with kids (including her own!), God has continued to equip and encourage her in her role supporting families and helping children understand the Gospel and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Outside of Ministry, Mandi enjoys music, good movies, and summer days at the lake. Her greatest joy is time spent with her son, Austin.

Josh grew up here in Minot and has been a regular attender at Our Redeemer's for most of his life. He and his wife Rebecca have three kids: Kaleb, Madison, and Logan. In his spare time he enjoys target archery, bow hunting and woodworking.

Care Ministries Director

Cindy is a Minot native and a long time member of Our Redeemer's Church. She spent 22 years as the Preschool Director/Teacher at Our Redeemer's Christian School. She now oversees our five care ministries: People Care, Vet Care, Cancer Care, Hope Fellowship and PAL. Cindy has two adult children and two grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, fishing and spending time at her lake cabin.

Carissa has over 15 years of experience in the Administration and Finance industry. Originally from Wisconsin, she moved here in 2010 with her husband Casey, a Minot Native. Together they have three children: Gavin (Stepson), Kennedy, and Ashton. In her free time, Carissa enjoys traveling, weekends at the lake, and watching her children’s sporting events.

Eric is a Minot native. He graduated from Minot State University - Bottineau with a degree in Cisco routing. With a love for Jesus and a wide variety of computer backgrounds, he will help Our Redeemer's share the message through his gifts in technology. He and his wife, Heather, have two children Michael and Ella. In his spare time he enjoys retro video gaming and woodworking.
